Breathe the fresh Waikiki air as your body strengthens and your soul relaxes through these ancient flows of mindful movement.  Classes are designed to have your body move in a dynamic mindful way that leaves you feeling good, renewed and relaxed, as you close the practice with a guided meditation - aka (everyone’s favorite) Shavasana. 

Get some comfy clothes, grab a yoga mat/ beach towel and some water and you're good to go!

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?
Yoga mats aren't provided so most guests bring beach towels to practice on. If you would prefer a mat, you can book one for $1.50 when making your reservation.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Classes will be canceled in instances of bad weather, or forecast rain - if this happens you can re-arrange your class. 

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your class to allow you to find parking and get your pass checked before it begins.

Getting in
